I have always wanted to make art. Since my childhood, I tried various media such as oil, pastel, charcoal, acrylic, but watercolor turned out to be the most challenging. My daughter paints in watercolor and it looks so easy for her and I want to be able to do that also. I have done a lot of artworks where you trace a picture then paint it. Yet, I understand that there is something important is missing in my art skills - ability to paint from imagination and life. I want to be able to draw the features and then paint. Recently I have gotten serious about drawing. I tend to want to draw something everyday. I painted a picture, a simple still life, and my family loved it. Deep inside me I know this artwork is not perfect.
I want to go through the videos of the Watercolor Academy course and learn everything that I can. I know that I need to go through the fundamentals in order to get to applying them. I also know that I have trouble with shading and perspective is something that does not always come readily to me. I have no doubts that in the Watercolor Academy course I will get answers I'm looking for!
I want to win this Competition and I need your help!
