Do I really have to do that?
Watercolor and story by Zora Poznic Polh
Drawing and painting, in particular watercolor painting, means a great deal to me. I think about how to solve the problems all the time. I also like to look at the paintings and videos of other artists to see how they tackled certain topics, Sargent, Wyeth, Winslow Homer are a great inspiration to me. I came across Anna Ivanova's paintings and loved her style and the obvious mastering of the watercolor painting technique. While trying to find more about her I learned that she is a teacher at Watercolor Art Academy. She seems very qualified and I think I could learn a lot from her and from other teachers.
I applied for Drawing Academy course as well and found the teaching process very clear, understandable and easy to follow. I expect that Watercolor Academy will also be on such a high level. As I am an advocate of life long learning I think I still have a lot to learn. And why not at the place I know will provide me with some valuable quality knowledge - The Watercolor Academy.
