I have always loved drawing, painting, and watercolor; I had an interest in art since I was young. I have been drawing on and off for over 25 years and am self taught. Also, I have been painting most of my life. I paint a little in oils and do mostly watercolors. I travel a lot and want to draw and paint rather than take photos. I now have the time to pursue art full time.

I have done many courses online. I have taken many art lessons and workshops over the years from many different artists. I really just wanted to improve my drawing skills and have no great expectations for myself. I only draw at this point for watercolors. I would like to learn to draw well.

I was looking for a course which can teach me the fundamentals of watercolor painting. I subscribed to the Anatomy Master Class and to the video lesson course at Drawing Academy. However, I realize that I really want to learn watercolor techniques. This is what I hope to get in the Watercolor Academy. I think that this course will help push me on the path to sharpen my skills and become more professional in my work. I would like to add people to my landscapes and have the ability to do portraits as well. I think this course will help, as I try hard but struggle with likeness etc, many things.
