Learning from everything that surrounds me

Hi everyone, my name is Pablo, I live in Mendoza, Argentina; a place surrounded by vineyards and mountains.

Since I was a child, I felt that the stroke of a pencil on paper was the simplest way to communicate, tell stories and portray the world around me. I studied design and do drawing and illustration in a self-taught way. Until today.

I feel that I continue to learn from everything that surrounds me, my affections, my place, the people, and I also see it as necessary to learn from professional artists in order to feel that my journey through art is a serious, dedicated path of effort, and that this transforms me into a professional.

I see works of art in watercolor and I want to make works of that complexity and beauty and for that I need to study, so when I found out about the Watercolor Academy through social networks, I was motivated to participate in the contest.

The world of Art is immense and within it, watercolor is for me one of the simplest techniques of expression. I think it's a great opportunity to learn and hear new voices.
