Ever since I was a child, I was fascinated with nature, beauty and colours. My subject matter is mostly traditional landscape, portraits or semiabstract paintings. As a self-learned artist, I take inspiration from various artists and masterpieces and like exploring various art mediums like charcoal, acrylic, watercolour and oil to capture feelings, beauty and life - making an art piece to which one can connect and find solace.

The "Incredible India" collection depicts paintings which are focused on elegance, rich colours, and attention to detail. I tried to share a small piece of India's heart through the intricately sculpted temple, traditional folksingers, alluring TajMahal to simplistic but blissful village life.

My artworks mirrors not just love and respect for my country's colourful and beautiful landscape and culture but also my desire to share its rich and varied heritage with everyone.

My art has given me name and fame in Germany.

As I am self learned, I feel sometimes the lack of missing the basics and many trials and error, where i lose most of my times and sometimes I feel art blockage due to that.

What do I want to learn in art - More watercolour skills, specially the basics of handling wet on wet techniques.

Watercolor Academy is one of the best academies and i am sure I will learn a lot from it.

I deserve the prize as I think I am blessed with nature's talent but I miss is a perfect mentor which i find in Watercolor Academy to sharpen my skills to next levels.
