After I retired I tried watercolor (never did it prior) and started painting the pets of friends (many of the pets have passed on and my paintings brought back wonderful memories for them). I paint the pets of friends to bring happiness to them. I have never charged anyone for the artwork I've done.

What challenges do I have in art? Getting inspired to paint more often.

I want to learn watercolor theory, techniques, try new things and be inspired to paint more.

I am new to Watercolor Academy and just exploring but it looks like something I'd really enjoy. I want to win the Watercolor Academy course to take advantage of what they can teach me.
